Media content can include producing programs, segments, long and short-form news stories for television, radio, and broadband audiences. Strong writing and original storytelling skills and organizational skills are vital to this position. Research, write and produce discussion programs for television, radio and digital. Minimum Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in journalism, broadcasting, communications or related field plus three (3) News reporting and/or experience in the production of news/public affairs programming; equivalent education/experience will be considered. Experience originating, developing, writing, and producing programs for local/regional/national audiences essential. Strong interpersonal, reporting and researching skills necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Ideal candidate will have Bachelor’s degree in journalism, broadcasting, communications or related field.
