As a centralized COO function for the CRO Investment Bank (IB), Global Market Risk (GMR) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), we provide key management support including strategy, financial management, controls and supervision, audit and regulatory commitments, human capital, new business, senior management reporting and assist cluster risk managers to remain aligned with bank's key compliance and regulatory policies.
We act as the central point of contact and gatekeepers for key critical initiatives, risk mitigation, internal frameworks and help in achieving compliance with functional risk and controls. This team provides critical management support for strategy, organizational developments, governance, risk and controls, talent management, communication and support delivery of key transformation initiatives. We offer a coordinated and results-oriented environment that offers direct contact with senior management and encourages leadership at all levels.
- Be the part of the global department CRCO COO team and be engaged to manage critical business operations for the department including group structure, governance, finance, control & supervision, human capital, delivery of regulatory & audit commitments, as well as providing critical support for the department to implement the strategies.
- Work with Risk Officers, COOs (Chief Operating Officer) and FRCOs (Function Risk Control Officer) to ensure there is an effective and robust control framework in place. Provide critical support to New Business initiatives in the bank, RDAR compliance, and positively influence supervision control and culture.
- Engaged to craft and deliver an effective business management framework for our function, including Key performance indicators, Delivery Metrics and Management Dashboard.
- Responsible for business management support across New York and Raleigh, including human capital initiatives, and other finance and business management initiatives.
- Support CRO with execution of governance mandates and framework incl. managing risk forums and establishing committee structure and escalation process

- Equivalent experience of at least 2-5 years in business management, project management, or COO function!
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience interacting with senior stakeholders!
- Organized, self-starter with an ability to work independently.
- Take ownership of tasks, project manage them to their completion, and deliver under specific timelines with a high degree of accuracy.
- Risk or financial services background is a plus!
- Proven ability to tailor communications to recipients at all levels of the organization.
