REPORTS TO: Vice President of Training and Certifications
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time
Do you want to make a big difference in a small association? Do you enjoy spearheading projects? We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Editor and Publications Manager to join our Education, Publications, and Certifications team!
Reporting to the Vice President of Training and Certifications, the Editor and Publications Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day and strategic activities of all ARMA International publications, including the ARMA Magazine. In this position you will work with subject matter experts and volunteer committees to develop, design, and edit all publications. You will be coordinating the entire production process, from start to final publication, and conducting periodic reviews thereafter.

Produce diverse communications products to complement major work, e.g. industry templates/worksheets, blog posts, social media posts, infographics, etc.
Collaborate with the Vice President of Training and Certifications to make developmental, editorial, design, distribution, and process decisions about the association’s publications and communications.
Contribute ideas for more efficient, effective operations—prepare reports and recommendations for the Executive Team and Board of Directors regarding publication activity.
