Power Automedia (www.powerautomedia.com), a leading digital media company in the automotive industry, has an opening for an Automotive Editor, LSX Magazine (LSXmag.com). We are looking for someone passionate and knowledgeable about LS- and LT-powered vehicles, who has a strong basis in writing and photography. This position is based in Temecula (Murrieta), California.

We give our readers the latest in up-to-date industry news, nation-wide event coverage, do-it-yourself technical articles, tuning secrets, and features on some of the coolest late model GM muscle as well as the wildest LS swaps. 

Responsibilities.

• Writing and Managing Editorial Magazine Content
• Assignment of Freelance Editorial Articles & News
• Automotive Photography: Tech, Features, Racing, Builds, News
• Technical Articles & Features
• Event Coverage & News
• Managing In-House Project Vehicles

Skills & Experience.

• Expert Level Skill & Experience (3 Years) in:
• Automotive Performance (with Chevy/LSX expertise)
• Writing
• Medium-Level Skill & Experience (1-3 Years) in:
• Facebook/Social Media
• Photography
• Some working knowledge of:
• Wordpress
• Photoshop
• Forums/Blogs
• Willing to commute or relocate to Murrieta, CA (will consider telecommuting if highly qualified)
• Can recite an LS engine’s firing order
• You are fast-paced, have lots of energy, and are truly willing to put in hard work.
• Comfortable holding others to deadlines
• Familiarity with Web, Facebook, Forums & Online Blogs highly desirable
