Appointment Type: Academic Staff-Fixed Term Renewable
Reviews, edits, produces, and troubleshoots content for websites, blogs, and online presence across different platforms. Assists with overall planning for website maintenance, expansion, and reorganization, keeps current on digital trends, and engages in forward thinking about upcoming content needs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Highly organized, proactive, detail and deadline-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills including writing and storytelling; able to clearly present messages across various media platforms.
Experience and knowledge in social media and the best ways to utilize each platform.
Familiar with HTML and experience with online publications and tools.
Experience developing content for specific information architectures and user flows
Experience managing both urgent, short-term projects and complex, longer-term projects.
Knowledge of MS Office software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bachelor's degree Preferred Minimum
3-5 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience.
