ASSOCIATE EDITOR, MULTIMEDIA, MIT SLOAN MANAGEMENT REVIEW (SMR), Sloan School of Management, to join SMR's dynamic content team in a position that provides an opportunity to work with a growing publishing organization that is continually breaking new ground. Will help SMR deliver multiplatform insights for its audience of senior business leaders, including text-based articles, visual and audio content, and live virtual experiences. The ideal candidate is interested in digital storytelling in all its forms, with a strong sense of what works to inform and engage people.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; at least three years' professional experience in journalism, communications, or related field; experience in multimedia publishing, including conceiving, creating, producing, and editing audio, video, and graphic content; sound editorial judgment, high journalistic standards, and track record of compelling visual/digital storytelling that informs and engages people; experience using video and audio editing tools and livestream software; ability to work both independently and as part of a team, collaborate effectively across multiple functions and with external resources, multitask, and juggle multiple projects simultaneously; and excellent organizational and communication skills.
