Adjunct Instructor, Introduction to Investigative and Data Journalism
The Annenberg School of Journalism at the University of Southern California seeks a highly qualified adjunct instructor to teach JOUR 322: Introduction to Investigative and Data Journalism. This course an introduction to the fundamentals of investigative and data journalism identifying and getting primary and secondary sources, quantitatively analyzing datasets, summarizing facts and opinions, and fact checking.Requirements for consideration include a B.A., B.S., M.S., or an M.A. degree in a related field. Previous teaching experience is desirable. For some courses, outstanding professional experience may be substituted for academic credentials.The hourly range for this position is $37.87 $46.96.
