The Cornell University Lab of Ornithology is seeking a full-time Bird Academy Media Producer/Editor to join a dynamic team of educators, biologists, artists, and programmers on the Bird Academy team. Bird Academy is an online learning platform that supports an ever-growing audience of people seeking to satisfy their curiosity about birds and nature. Our learner-centered content includes 20 online courses, 8 interactives, and more than 500 educational videos. As the Bird Academy Media Producer/Editor, you will play a key role in the Lab's mission by producing educational video content that inspires participants to connect with the natural world and pursue lifelong learning. You will use your creative talents and media production skills to develop educational materials including instructional videos, natural history profiles, tutorials, and promotional videos for online consumption.
