Position Summary The managing editor is responsible for managing Rice Architecture's publications program--both printed and digital--serving as the primary point of contact for all school publications and editorial needs, including Rice Design Alliance, the school's community engagement arm. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to school prospectuses, handbooks, program brochures, posters, Cite magazine, and the Architecture at Rice book series. Working collaboratively with the school's faculty, staff, publication committees and the entire communications team--as well as external editors, designers, and printers--the managing editor develops and implements publication strategies that promote Rice Architecture's academi
